The Four Points by Sheraton was a full-scale remodel of a 113-room hotel, enhancing both guest experience and operational efficiency. The project involved modernizing the guest rooms with new flooring, updated furniture, and luxurious bathroom fixtures, along with the installation of energy-efficient lighting and climate control systems. The lobby was redesigned to create a more welcoming, open space with stylish seating, updated lighting, and a new front desk layout to improve check-in flow.
Public spaces, including the restaurant, bar, and conference rooms, were given a fresh, contemporary look with new décor, state-of-the-art AV systems, and upgraded finishes. The exterior received a facelift with refreshed landscaping, a redesigned entryway, and upgraded signage to improve curb appeal.
The result is a modern, inviting hotel that offers guests a comfortable, luxurious stay while meeting the operational needs of the staff and management, all while keeping sustainability at the forefront.”
