Project Description:

Ground-up construction of a 15,000-square-foot corporate office building for a fast-growing hospitality services company. The project began with site preparation and included grading, foundation work, and utility installations, followed by the construction of a three-story building featuring a combination of Nichiha and Pac-Clad Metal Panels.

The office was designed with flexibility and productivity in mind, incorporating open-concept workspaces, private offices, and state-of-the-art conference rooms equipped with the latest AV technology. High ceilings and expansive windows allow for abundant natural light throughout the building, while energy-efficient LED lighting and smart HVAC systems contribute to lower operational costs and sustainability.

The interior features high-end finishes, including a mix of luxury vinyl tile and carpet, custom millwork, and ergonomic furniture to promote employee comfort. Collaborative spaces such as breakout areas and a rooftop terrace were incorporated to encourage team interaction and provide areas for relaxation.
