Ground-up construction of a 15,192-square-foot retail center in a rapidly growing Pooler area. The project began with site clearing and grading, followed by the construction of a modern, single-story retail building with space for 8-10 tenants. The design included large storefront windows for natural light, attractive thin brick and metal façades, and ample parking to accommodate high foot traffic.

With its prime location and modern amenities, the retail center now houses a mix of tenants, including local breakfast restaurant, boutique, barber shop and a local real estate company, offering a vibrant shopping experience for the community.”
